Steve started construction in West Palm Beach, Fl with a local contractor doing all phases of construction from the ground up. He started like any other young laborer in the ditches, digging footers and pouring concrete. He worked his way up to a Carpenter and soon a Lead Carpenter. After 3 years, he applied for and received his Residential Contractors License and soon started his own construction company, Dove Enterprises. After 4 years on his own, he applied himself to obtain his General Contractors License. He has since strived to achieve excellence in the company and a strong and steady growth.

Louise “Lou” moved to Ocala in 2013 from Jupiter Florida and bought a horse farm in the SE area of Ocala. After buying our horse farm, I decided to become a Realtor in the Community.

Being in Real Estate for 10 years, the first 2 years I sold Residential & Horse Farms. The following 8 years I worked in New Construction helping people buy land and design their custom homes for their lot in a gated community or their horse farm.

Sandy grew up in a New Jersey suburb of Philadelphia. After earning bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Spanish from Bucknell University, she moved to West Virginia, where she began a dual career, one in an international sales and marketing position, the other as an integral part of her husband’s private Physical Therapy practice which would grow exponentially over the next twenty years.
Having relocated 3 times before finally settling in Ocala in 2014, she understands the complexity of relocating a family across the country and strives to help others navigate this process by taking the time to guide her clients through each and every step of the process.
She spends much of her spare time with her husband of 30 years and their three children, enjoying the beautiful outdoors and all that Central Florida has to offer.
